Anger is one of the most damaging experiences in a relationship.
Angry response to any situation is unlikely to benefit you, and you may later regret expressing it, and so too may the person to whom it is directed, as they often resentful.
We know the reason why a reaction is expressed as anger normally, originates before the incident occurs.
It is produced when the person concerned can no longer contain previous unexpressed frustrated feelings about the situation or the person.
And anger is a common way to express the frustrated emotion.
Being angry involves aspects relating to resentment, guilt, blame or judgments of self, or others.
Acceptance is a great way forward and your self esteem just grows.
Letting go of anger is to reduce both your emotional feelings and the physiological arousal that anger causes.
You can’t get rid of, or avoid, the things or the people that enrage you, nor can you change them, but you can learn to control your reactions.
