When our ability to sleep becomes disturbed, and our health and emotional balance is affected, we perform poorly.
This results in physical fatigue, irritability and increased susceptibility to illness.
This meditation is spoken over Blissful Sleep.
You spend one third of your life sleeping (or trying to sleep).
